Here is exactly how we get your order to you, wherever you are in Pakistan. The short version: cash on delivery nationwide, free delivery over Rs 3,000, and most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days.
Delivery time and coverage
We deliver right across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched quickly and usually reach you within 3 to 7 working days, depending on your city. Bigger cities are often faster, and more remote areas can take a little longer.
Delivery charges
Orders of Rs 3,000 or more ship completely free, anywhere in the country. For orders under Rs 3,000, a small flat delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm, so there are never any surprises.
How cash on delivery works
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Simply choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the courier in cash when your parcel reaches your door. No advance payment and no card needed. Any other payment options we offer will also appear at checkout.
Tracking your order
Once your order is on its way, you can follow its progress from your account. If you would like a quick update at any point, we are always a WhatsApp message away.
Changes and cancellations
Need to change a shade or cancel an order? Message us within 4 hours of placing it and we will happily sort it out. After that, your parcel may already be packed and on its way to you.
Damaged or incorrect items
We pack every order with care, but if something arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 4 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right. You can reach us on WhatsApp, by email, or through our contact page.
A note on cash on delivery orders
Cash on delivery only works when the orders placed are genuinely wanted, so please only order COD if you intend to accept your parcel. Repeatedly refusing or failing to receive COD orders may lead to your number being added to a shared list used by local brands, which helps all of us keep offering cash on delivery.
