How many days will delivery take?
Delivery depends on your location. It usually takes 3 to 7 working days from the day you place your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. After that it will be marked as “failed to receive order”.
What if I fail to receive my order?
Unless you give us a valid reason, failing to receive an order or refusing to accept it can lead to blacklisting, and that blacklist is shared among fellow local brands.
Are your products Halal?
Yes. Our products are Halal, vegan, cruelty free and free from any toxic ingredients.
Do I need to make an account to order?
No, it is not necessary. You can create one if you are a regular customer and want to keep track of your previous orders.
How can I join your PR list?
Email us your social media handles, or attach a portfolio if you have one, and tell us how you feel you could be a good fit for the brand. If we would like to work with you, we will reach out ourselves. Until then, we would love for you to try our products and support us the right way.
How can I get noticed or reposted on your social media?
We love resharing good content. Tag us @ttcosmeticspk in your Instagram posts and stories, and do not forget to mention the product and shade you used.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds.
My product was damaged during delivery. What do I do?
If your product arrived damaged, contact us within 4 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will help you out.
Can I exchange my products?
For hygiene reasons, we are not able to offer exchanges.
Is my contact and shipping information safe with you?
Absolutely. We never share your information with anyone, and we use it only to ship your order. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party websites we may link to. Those sites are not covered by this policy, and they may set their own cookies, collect data, or request personal information. If you have questions about how they use your data, please contact them directly.
